CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancelling a free trial

• No notice needed and nothing to pay. Just let us know so we can offer the space to another family.
• Ring or message Coach Will on 07568 524429, or reply to your confirmation email.
• Missing a trial without telling us is not a problem, but do get in touch if you would like to rebook.

Cancelling a membership

• Membership is £35 a month, by monthly direct debit.
• Monthly direct debit, cancel any time with one month's notice.
• Cancel by telling the coach in writing (email is fine). Your child can keep attending until the end of the notice period.
• Your final payment covers your notice month. Part-months aren't refunded.

Missed sessions

• We do not refund individual missed sessions. The monthly fee covers a place in the group rather than a set number of sessions.
• If you tell us in advance, we will do our best to fit your child into another session that week where there is space.
• For a long illness or injury, talk to Coach Will. Where he can, he'll pause your membership until your child is ready to come back.

If we cancel a session

Sessions may be called off for severe weather, pitch closure, coach illness or anything else outside our control. We will tell you as early as we can, by text or email.

Where we can, we arrange a make-up session. If we can't, we credit the missed session against your next month's payment.

Your right to cancel

Because memberships are agreed directly with the coach rather than bought online, the online cancellation rules for distance selling may not apply in the usual way. Regardless, we will not hold a family to a membership they no longer want, so talk to us.
