PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect about you and your child, why we need it, and what we do with it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
Next Level Future Stars (“we”, “us”) provides group football classes for young children. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at nlfdcoaching@gmail.com or 07568 524429.
Next Level Future Stars is run by Will Wilson, trading as Next Level Player Development.
What we collect

Our lawful bases
- Contract: to arrange and run your child's trial and membership.
- Legitimate interests: to run classes safely, keep attendance records, and protect our forms from spam.
- Consent: for photography, video, publication on social media, marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw any of these at any time.
- Explicit consent: for health and medical information, which is special-category data under UK GDPR Article 9. We ask for this separately, and we only use it to keep your child safe.
- Vital interests: if your child needed emergency medical help.
Who sees it
Your child's medical information is seen by the coach running their session and nobody else. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
We use these services to run the site and our classes:
- Supabase: secure database hosting, in the United Kingdom (London region).
- Resend: sending your booking confirmation and reminders.
- Vercel: hosting for this website and the coach's app.
- Stripe: taking monthly membership payments.
- Anthropic: powers the coach's assistant tool, which reads class and booking records to answer his questions.
Medical and consent information is never sent to analytics tools.
How long we keep it
- Trial bookings that do not become memberships: 12 months, then deleted.
- Member records: for as long as your child attends, then 3 years. Accident and safeguarding records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
- Consent records: kept as long as the related record, so we can always show what was agreed.
- Contact enquiries: 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you or your child;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete information we no longer need;
- stop using it in a particular way, or object to a use;
- give you a copy in a portable format.
Email nlfdcoaching@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children's information
Everything we hold about a child is provided by their parent or guardian. We do not ask children for information directly, and children do not have accounts on this website.
Keeping it safe
Booking information is stored in an access-controlled database with encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level security so it cannot be read by anyone browsing the site. Only the coach and the business owner have access.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you by email.
